Leo's course helped me to change my perspective about grief. I know I might always be a widow, but I'm not always going to be unhappy. I don't have to let my grief and widowhood define who I am or how I feel about myself.

I want to thank you for all the help you have given me. When my husband died I was lost and had no idea what to do. With your help, I learned to live again and I am now happy being alone. I am able to go places and do things for myself. I still get sad sometimes, but no matter what I will continue what God wants me to do. Thank you with hugs and love!
